This policy explains how the Tare app handles your information. Tare is made by an independent developer (“we”, “us”). Questions: [email protected].
Tare does not collect your data. Everything you log stays on your device, and we run no servers.
Your beans, shots, recipes, photos, notes, and settings are stored only on your device. We have no server and cannot see or access this data.
Tare contains no ads, no analytics, and no third‑party tracking SDKs. We do not gather your usage, build a profile, or send your activity anywhere.
If you attach a photo to a shot, Tare copies the image you pick into the app’s own storage on your device. It requests photo‑library access only when you tap to add a photo, and accesses nothing else.
If you turn on Pro cloud backup, the backup is stored in your own iCloud account, managed by Apple. We cannot see it and keep no copy on our servers. Deleting it is up to you, in your Apple settings.
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your card or payment details.
The first time you export a PDF, the app downloads display fonts from Google Fonts to render text. That request contains none of your personal data.
